3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Protection

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, designs, images, graphics, branding, icons, product concepts, descriptions, downloadable files, and any creative content featured on this Site or social media linked through this Site are:

  • Copy, screenshot, trace, save, or download artwork

  • Reproduce, share, print, or distribute artwork

  • Sell, resell, or create products using our artwork

  • Use artwork for commercial or personal projects

  • Train AI models on our artwork

  • Remove watermarks or edit any images

  • Use our content to create “inspired by” designs, derivatives, or similar products

Any unauthorized use of our artwork or creative content is considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

4. No Training of AI Models

You may not use any images, illustrations, text, or content from this Site to:

  • Train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence systems

  • Upload to AI datasets

  • Use for computer vision or machine learning purposes

This restriction applies to both personal and commercial use.

5. E-Commerce Terms (For Current & Future Products)

These terms apply now for planning purposes and will apply fully once new products are listed.

5.1. Product Descriptions & Variations

Because we create handmade, small-batch products:

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly

  • Monitors/screens may display colors differently

  • Made-to-order items may vary between batches

These variations do not qualify as defects.

5.2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing times will be listed on product pages.
We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Make changes to products at any time

5.3. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for verifying accuracy before submitting an order.

5.4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Given the nature of handmade and made-to-order products:

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise

  • We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery

We reserve the right to request photos before issuing resolutions.

5.5. Custom Artwork

For custom or personalized art:

  • Payment is required before work begins

  • All proofs must be reviewed carefully by the customer

  • Once approved, no further revisions or refunds will be issued

  • Artistic style, interpretation, and creative decisions remain solely ours

We do not guarantee exact replicas of previous artwork.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites, such as Instagram.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their privacy practices

  • Their terms or policies

  • Any loss or damage caused by third-party sites

Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

7. No Warranties

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (currently $0).
